How I work

Create clarity. Make delivery possible.

Every project needs the right depth and order. We decide together what helps now and stay flexible as the task develops.

01

F.O.C.U.S.

Marketing strategy with priorities.

F.O.C.U.S. creates a shared foundation for marketing and online-marketing decisions: What is the starting point? What should change? Who do we want to reach? Which activities belong together? And how will we recognise progress?

Result: a clear priorities plan connecting objectives, audiences, channels, responsibilities and next steps.

02

DOMINO

Positioning and messaging that start with the people you want to reach.

DOMINO helps develop offers from the perspective of the people they are meant to reach: What do they want? What is in their way? Why should they trust you? And which next step makes sense for them?

The audience or customer is the hero, the organisation a credible guide, and the offer a practical path or solution towards the desired outcome.

Result: a clear, relevant message that can be carried consistently through websites, presentations, campaigns, emails and conversations.

S.T.O.R.Y.

Communication people can follow.

S.T.O.R.Y. helps turn information into a clear movement: starting point, trigger, challenge, solution and what it means for the other person. This creates attention, orientation and a comprehensible route to the next step.

Result: content, campaigns, presentations and digital journeys that do more than inform: they guide people clearly.

I.M.A.G.E.

A visual presence that holds together.

I.M.A.G.E. connects brand character, mood, visual design and reusable rules. This turns individual design decisions into a presence that remains recognisable across websites, presentations, campaigns and digital applications.

Result: a clear visual foundation that brings design, content and technical delivery together.

05

Bring people, content and technology together

Good marketing and digital projects do not begin with a prescribed solution. They begin with the right questions.

Depending on the starting point, we first clarify priorities, sharpen positioning and messaging, design relevant journeys for audiences, or develop a coherent visual presence. I use selected frameworks for this. They create structure and shared orientation without forcing the project into a rigid template.

Not every project needs all four frameworks. What matters is what will make the greatest difference now.

The next step

Structure is only the beginning

A framework does not replace experience or collaboration. It does, however, help us reach the right questions, clearer decisions and a robust implementation more quickly.

I support the points where strategy, messaging, content, design, technology and people need to come together — and I stay responsibly involved through practical delivery.
